Who we are

The Suede Agency ("we", "us") is a cafe marketing agency based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, servicing the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay and Sunshine Coast. You can reach us at hello@thesuedeagency.com or 0449 682 279.

What we collect

When you contact us, join our waitlist or book a call, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, cafe name, email address, phone number, location and your message. Our website host (Netlify) and booking system (LeadConnector/GoHighLevel) process these on our behalf. We don’t collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, manage your booking or waitlist spot, and — if you become a client — deliver our services. We don’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to marketing lists without asking.

Cookies & analytics

This site doesn’t run advertising trackers. Basic technical logs (like page requests) are handled by our hosting provider to keep the site running. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in future, we’ll update this policy.

Storage & security

Your details are stored securely with the providers above and only accessed by us. We keep enquiry information only as long as it’s useful for responding to you or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thesuedeagency.com and we’ll sort it quickly.
